Fhufhani Logistics is owned and controlled by Fhufhani Aviation Solutions and Xitsavi holdings.
Fhufhani Aviation Solutions is an aviation holdings company that has interests in aircraft leasing, airport management and pilot training whilst Xitsavi Group is a holding company that was started by Themba Hlengani in 2013 and has interest in a number of industries including steel, mining and communications consulting.
